The place clearly says no smoking. but there was definitely some pots moving going on. bad part was it was right in the hall way next to the employees laundry and the ice machine
Jaime at the front desk is rude. Told me I was rude and she's only rude to rude customers. Asked for managers name. She was very hesitant and when asked gender she wanted to refuse. Absolutely the worst attitude for someone in customer service and I let her know that. Also bathroom floor filthy. Asked for king room. Got a queen. Did not change rooms because already cleaned room and was not about to clean another one. With covid you'd think she'd care a little more about keeping a job or it may be she can be rude because no one will address this issue. Will see if Sam will address this if thats even the manager's real name.
Not a fitted bed sheet, just two top sheets. No do not disturb sign to be found until desk went searching. Breakfast was cereal or oatmeal, or automated pancakes when it worked. Four of five days that way, then Friday there was yogurt and fresh fruit added. Great deal of language barrier worsened by having to wear masks, I speak English. I thought I would give it a try as there were some good reviews, but I won't be staying there again.
It is better than the low enders. The internet works when you go to use it and there are no bugs, plus food in the morning.
The staff were very courteous and helped me tremendously because I was here on business by making sure my check in was fast and easy and my requests were met. The room was just as pictured clean and i love the decor for a hotel room. They have everything you need to be honest. I would reccomend this hotel in the future to family and friends.
