I love this hotel! Has clean updated rooms, very comfy warm beds and pillows, wifi, cable, indoor pool, fitness center and tons of comfortable seating. I've called so many places around Kansas City and have not found one that could come close to their weekly rates and the quality is great! Also, the guys at the front desk are polite and helpful. Housekeeping is always around and do great at making sure the establishment is clean. And the maintenance team are polite and efficient if there is anything that needs fixed! I feel appreciated here and safe. I recommend this location to everyone!
For the price it was a very nice hotel. The people were nice. Booking was quick and easy and checking out was even easier. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever down this way again.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a welcome..the check in was simple and the young man was very sweet! Later that night we had asked for 2 extra pillows due to just recently having surgery and the guy was only one working back he took time when he had to go grab and bring to our room fresh pillows! Our room was super clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and mark was the only guy working he was bar tending and making food which was amazing! He seemed to care so much about guest a family came in as we were leaving and even though the kitchen closes at 8 he took them in no problem! I will for sure be booking again at this location!!
We stayed there for 2 weeks back in May. The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. They matched our rate from our first few nights for the remainder of our stay even though their rate had gone up. The rooms were clean and the bed was SUPER COMFY! Housekeeping was polite and didn’t bug the sh*t outta us. Loved our stay and would definitely go back!
The hotel itself is nice and the front desk is helpful. Just know getting your room cleaned is like pulling teeth, with the cleaning ladies seeming to intentionally skip rooms (even if there is not a please don’t disturb sign). I’m understanding in the fact of possible short staffing but days of an unkempt room is unacceptable.
