This place was great. The room was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall a very quiet hotel. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good. The best part was the staff. I had worked with the sales rep Amanda Turner and she was great! She was quick to meet my request and took care of everything we asked for. We had an early start at a volleyball tournament and they had breakfast out an hour early so our girls could eat before starting a long day. Would definitely stay here again!

Made a reservation late Friday night. When we got to the hotel, there was a note taped to the front door that said the reservations were being handled next door at The Candlewood Suites. Walked over there and once the guy that was on duty let us in he asked us if we needed something. We told him we had a reservation and he acted like we didn’t. He had to go back over to the Holiday Inn Express to find our info. He came back and said he couldn’t book our room because he was doing an audit and it would be a bit. I asked how long because it was already 1:06 am. He told me he could cancel it and I could go somewhere else. He was completely rude and put out that we were there. There was no breakfast because no we were staying in the Candlewood Hotel. No coffee pot in the room, but packets of coffee. It sounds like you are staying next to a Speedway with the highway traffic. We will never stay there again. So disappointed.

Clean, modern decor. Friendly staff. Wish I would have got his name because he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was on our rewards card. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast or use amneties but we plan on staying again. Easy access off of the interstate. Bed super comfortable and shampoo/conditioner/gel in the shower instead of the little ones. Much more environmentally friendly.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT OPEN. DO NOT BOOK!!! THEY WILL SEND YOU OVER TO THERE OTHER HOTEL NEXT DOOR!!! IT IS NOT A NICE HOTEL!!!!DO BETTER

This hotel is closed. Fund out after booking a reservation online then driving 8 hours. Told to stay at next door motel. Called ihg to find out why, did not give reason, probably due to covid19 virus
