Okay, so it’s not the Ritz, but it’s clean and quiet.nThe hospitality given by Sherri and Joe, the owners, was OUTSTANDING.nWe had broken down on the highway, stuck in a storm. They got us into a room, directed us to a local eatery. Joe got his mechanic on the phone to assist in diagnosing the engine trouble. Wow! Really good people. ud83eudd70
The owner was super nice and accommodating. Made sure I had a safe place to stay for the night, because the roads were rough. Facility was just remodeled, so it was pristine and very nice! Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone coming through town!
Got detoured off 94 due to closure from massive amounts of snow and ended up here (barely) to get off the road for the night. Felt like a modern day crash pad for an old pioneer traveling through! Super easy, nice, clean, cozy, and warm! Great spot to crash into a bed, definitely would again if needed!
The place is nice and cozy. The owners are wonderful. I had to stay there due to a blizzard and they accommodated me and it was greatly appreciated.nThere was two beds, a table, fridge, and a stove to cook. Also coffee too.
Very accommodating to hunters. Rooms have a tiled/ mud room area with fans and hangers to dry your gear and waders. Rooms also have front areas where you can store anything you don't want to leave in the truck (birds, dry gear, etc.) while keeping it out of the sleeping area. No frills place perfect for base camp. Prices are not the cheapest but it's pretty much the only place around and they are willing to work with hunters , their boats, and their trailers. See you next year North Country Lodge!
