As a frequent traveler, this hotel is one of the few hotels I have stayed at that is well suited for travel during corona. Hand sanitizers near the elevator buttons, at the front desk, and in the fitness center.nnThe fitness center was open and clean. The breakfast was open with hot coffee, fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, and breakfast sandwiches that you could heat in your room microwave. There are not too many hotels doing this.nnRoom was quiet, modern and clean with plenty of towels for the week. A/c was quiet and worked, fan “always ON” setting worked too.nnMy receipt was in my inbox when I awoke on the morning of checkout, which saved me some time.nnStaff was friendly. Price was very good too.nnOther hotels should follow their lead during the pandemic.
Clean, well-maintained hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very convenient location to highway, restaurants and soccer/baseball facilities.
The stay itself was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, decent breakfast, however, the front desk workers are shady. I agreed to pay $99 total for my stay. The front desk worker took my credit card and typed in my card number because their credit card machine was not working. A week later I am checking my credit card and see I was charged $115. I called Hampton to ask about the extra charge and they explained that is was tax which I understand. I told them that my rate was $89 and the tax brought it to $99. I explained thats not what I had signed for. She then said that I knew what I was signing for when I swiped my card and saw the amount on the screen. I told her that the card swiper was not working and the man typed in my card. She offered no apology or refund. I will not be staying at this Hampton ever again. I will be staying at down the road at10591 Metcalf Frontage Rd. Front desk lady Cindy was a dreamboat when helping me with this problem.
To get a 5 star you would need to have a better breakfast layout. Yours was pretty cheap.
No maid service. Many times there was no one at the front desk. For the money we paid, it was very disappointing. No dresser in the room to put clothes. You had to take your own towels down to front desk. Put your wastebaskets outside your room to get them empty.
