I have resided here since June and love it! The management is exceptional and will work with you if you incur any problems. Alan is amazing and wants to keep good people in this hotel. I recommend it for a night or a permanent stay! I see complaints about smoking and they will kick you out asap if you smoke in the room! They're working on it!! Customers don't abide by the rule. I have never had any room issues in my king size room.

This particular Extended Stay off of 105th is in my opinion one of the most friendliest places I've been to this past year. The manager of this motel is a very kind man. He works with you on everything. I was in a jam when my money was late getting to the bank. And this kind gentleman was very understanding although it ended up being later in the day when I was able to pay for the extra night, he never once dropped his smile or raised his voice. Completely kind from beginning to end. I haven't mentioned the room I was in and that's because it was such a beautiful room I didn't want the secret out. It was a corner room on the bottom floor and the reason for such overwhelming enthusiasm is because it has 2 sets of windows in it. One in the north side and one on the east side. Which I received at a discount! I couldn't believe it! I stay at a lot of motels so believe me tht is hard to find! And to get it at a discount, cheaper than anywhere else I've stayed, just about floored me. I really never wanted to leave! Wish I could stay there every time I needed a room!

Not to bad of a place, only stayed one night. They just don't tell you online there is a 100.00 deposit fee that you'll need as well, well not the website I used at least. But you get it back the day you leave. Just based on your bank when it comes in. Unless you do damages and such.

Man working the desk is very nice. The sheets are clean but the room was nasty. The kitchen is dirty, the toilet will not flush and Ive see 2 cockroaches.
