The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Only gave 2 stars because there was a party on the 3rd floor, right above us, that was very loud. Also, the parking lot seemed to attract some shady characters throughout our 2 night stay. They need to monitor the parking lot better. There was also what appeared to be blood, or some red stain, on our comforter.
I enjoyed My visit here. Quiet with a view overlooking the courtyard. Visit was during pandemic so pool and restaurant was closed. The price was decent considering it was a weekend visit and the comfy feel it gave.
Needed a place to stay while house under renovation. Went with dog. Staff was so friendly, the environment was safe, and the comfort was extreme. Glad I chose them.
Room was clean and quiet, what little interaction I had with staff was pleasant and they were friendly and accommodating. Wish that the thermostats inn the room had an option to have a lower heat setting. 70+ was heat, 69 and under was AC.
Worst customer service ever. I called ahead and asked if we could check in late since we were driving across the country and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I was told very clearly that we didn’t need to make a reservation ahead of time and could make one and check in whenever we arrived even very late, that they had plenty of rooms and to ask for Frank to check us in. However when we arrived Frank was unnecessarily rude and wouldn’t let us make a reservation because it was late even though I was told very clearly on the phone that they allowed late walk-ins. He was completely unhelpful even though I told him we were promised a room and had been driving all day and had two babies in the car with us. We will never stay in a Marriott again because of this terrible service!
