Stunning! Clean! So convenient! Super cute little totally usable kitchen! Love the dishwasher and the refrigerator was so cold! The beds were so comfy I didn't even need my weighted blanket! The way that you can divide the rooms you can watch TV or go to bed is just awesome I love the whole thing!

Listen, this is how you win long term customers. We booked this on hotels.com. 99% of the time we book at Holiday Inn Express. We usually travel multiple times a month so we're very frequent hotel stayers. We decided to go with this location because it was close and comparable price. We left town late and didn't get to our hotel until 6am, they have a cut off time of midnight where you're charged the fee and booking canceled due to 3rd party booking (hotels.com) we had just drove 8 hours on no sleep and this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I was just going to book with holiday inn across the street and be done with this nightmare. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to take care of this, resolving all issues, going above and beyond. Because of this we stayed here and LOVE these hotels much more than Holiday Inn express and will now be booking at these locations going forward. Kudos on great customer service.

Have stayed here in the past and was always satisfied with the property. My last stay however was very disappointing. There was trash on the floor through out the building during my week long stay. I had to use the skimmer to clean trash and hair out of the pool before using it. There were beer bottles on the stairwell that were there on previous visit last month. The patio chips in the hallway were finely crushed after the 4th day. I will say that the room was clean and comfortable but would be nice if the hallways and common area could be vacuumed.

Nice staff, but not a very clean room. Fridge still had crumbs in it.. floor was not all that clean.

Very pleasant and nice enough room . A bit disheveled on beds but comfortable.
