Came to my bed and my sheets have blood and yellow stains on them. I tried using the phone to order new sheets but it doesn't work. called the Front desk and she said she is the only one working that Ive i want sanitary new sheets like I should of had in the first place I need to go down and get them,. You think fancy places like this dont do this. But its honestly discusting. Like really? In the middle of a pandemic too? Will never come back and I suggest you dont come here as well.

Nice and clean. Updated rooms, professional staff, well equipped small kitchen. Comfortable bed and couch. Will visit again. I wish they have an e-check in so we dont have to wait for the check in.
Very clean. Nice bedrooms. Full kitchen with dishwasher.
I was disappointed with this Residence Inn because our room was dirty. I had to clean the freezer and the closet door mirrors had fingerprints and smudge marks on it. I disinfected the entire room. Didn't feel safe - healthwise - in the room, given the pandemic.
