We arrived on Thur - 7/16/20 - 7/19/20 - the 1st night the AC had a fan problem and was very noisy.When we tried to show the cleaning person it stopped so we thought it would be fine. My husband is a very light sleeper and had to put ear plugs in and didn't sleep well. The next day we told the Mgr, she came up and said there was differently a problem and offered us a one night refund or to move to another room. When we came back in from our outing, I felt we should get both - a refund for the night having to deal with the noise and be moved. That is EXACTLY what they did and we so much appreciated it. I would recommend this place to ANYONE! We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It is exceptionally clean and the people who work here are very kind and care about their patrons. We will differently stay here again, with no hesitation.nCR & MR from Minnesota
Absolutely wonderful!! Had a wheelchair waiting for my daughter for an overnight stay after surgery. Hospitable in every way!!!
Great hotel very clean and the rooms are very nice. Coffee in the lobby is a huge bonus

So the staff are the real reason that this rating is so high.nnThe assistant manager and her associate both went way above and beyond to fix a wifi problem that the hotel was experiencing at the time.nnNot only did they get on the phones and work with the support lines for something like an hour, but they got me signed into the conference room wifi temporarily so that I could knock out some work packages that required it.nnFurther, because because of the virus issues, normal conveniences were missing from my stay. The assistant manager went well above and beyond, paying attention to what I was looking for from an earlier conversation, she returned with pop that they did not have at the hotel AFTER her shift was completed.nnThe stay would have been a bottom tier disaster but for these two really making the stay great.
