Great people. I walked in and was immediately greater. Then as I was talking to the receptionist my mask broke The young lady was very pleasant and laughed and said yeah the strings almost always pop off when talking. She then said I have a package would you like a new one. I took one. Rather or not you agree with the mask policy it was refreshing to hear someone politly offer vs being told about the policy
I love my Hilton brand hotels, but there were no breakfast options for gold or diamond members. Also, we must have waisted 500 gallons of running water waiting for the hot water to kick in. They did have free coffee.
I was there for Continuing education class. Great meeting rooms. Perfect luncheon.
.I'm overall disappointed.nnThere were a few faces that helped retain some hope. Unfortunately the bad experiences seem to eliminate any good feeling about my stay.nnI'm going to highly recommend NOT staying at this location.nnThe customer service aspect needs great attention.nnI'm sorry this ended up this way Liz, you were incredibly helpful. I simply wish others would take notice and apply the customer service level that you exemplify. I hope your establishment gets turned around. The majority outside of Liz needs customer service training. Good luck
I have been here for 20 minutes and I’ve been calling every phone and knocking on the doors no one is here it barely just past 10 I rate you zero stars because service was horrible and no one was here to let me in my room. We have a big tournament in the morning and we were supposed to be in bed by 10 it is now past 10 so therefore I do write you a zero and we are not able to get into our room safely and soundly.This is horrible, preposterous, and a great kick off to my six hour ride here thank you so much for your service you’ve done nothing for me.
