Extremely great staff. They were organized and efficient. My room was very clean. Hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had!
I just got off the phone with Rachel, who works the desk at night. Rachel was so so helpful arranging a room for my niece to check in, in the morning after driving all night. I called so many other hotels before, and I’m super grateful for caring staff like Rachel!
The hotel is very nice in terms of the room and the lobby. First off, this hotel uses feather pillows but it doesn’t state that it does. So I am allergic to feather pillows and the lady at the front desk says they don’t have any other pillows available. So I have to try to sleep on towels & a pillowcase. Let’s just say that I didn’t get sleep that night. So disappointed that they don’t list that on the website. The other Holiday Inn that I stayed didn’t have feather pillows so I thought it was company wide. I was very disappointed with my stay & don’t recommend staying here. I wouldn’t recommend it based on the front desk staff attitude acting like I am bothering her with housekeeping questions. I don’t like being treated badly & this hotel’s price isn’t cheap.
Perfect location and friendly staff. Room is definitely outdated and we had several problems with our room such as defective AC unit and lack of hot water. However, king bed was comfortable to sleep on. Would have given lower stars but location and staff were amazing.
Staff pleasant. Bar tender great. Understand with Covid not having breakfast bar open for self-serve. When booking room shows breakfast included. Why charge for being served breakfast? A employee would still be needed at buffet. For price of room whether a buffet or served breakfast should be free.
