Absolutely a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, staff is wonderful especially they woman that checked us in. Room was very nice and very accommodating. The beds are really nice and comfortable. Will def6stay here again. The only complaint is the microwave is down on first floor near the elevators. I would prefer them in the room instead of having to use a community one. In the covid days, this isn't the best way to do this. It wasnt cleaned after every use and no disinfectant was near so you could do it yourself.
The staff is very friendly here. I will definitely come back. The rooms are clean and it looks like they are taking the measures necessary to make sure everything is clean and sanitized. For example, we were in the pool and a staff member came and sanitized the entrance to the pool area. Shortly, another staff member came by and picked up the wet towels someone else left behind. I wish I had these hard working individuals names but they were the ones that were here when I checked in at 4PM on 7-17-20. Again, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and would come back. Only down side of our visit is that we could not get the TV figured out bc you have to download the Hyatt app and control it from there, since there weren't any remotes. Other than this very minor thing, great job everyone.
Clean, friendly staff.nRooms were oddly shaped and designed. Overall was a good stay. Comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for 5 nights visiting the area. Excellent hotel for the price. Pool was open and they still put on a decent breakfast. Clean rooms in a very nice suburban area.
