The staff are great, they always take care of everything. My mom had some potential drug interactions post surgery, they called the hospital twice and discussed with hospital staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They get meds filled as timely as possible.
Newly remodeled, but poorly implemented and managed. Employees talk about being ‘swamped’ when there’s one car in the drive-thru and they haven’t even noticed me at the counter. They will also make up answers. ‘Your insurance doesn’t allow for a 90 day refill. That’s why we can filled it for 30 (I didn’t use insurance, and they don’t have my info on file. He wasn’t even looking at a screen.). Lastly, if you have ANY issues at the drive through, they can’t fix it at that register. They have to go to the other side of the room to use a telegraph or something.
Rarely has all our meds available and must be ordered which has taken up to 5 days before. These are meds we order every month or every 3 months. Always leave frustrated.
