Awesome store! We buy all of our bikes here, they have great products and offer free tune ups. The service department is super helpful and very knowledgeable. They also have a used bike section with a lot of nice affordable bikes! This place is my go-to for all my cycling needs.

Great place and costumer service. I came in from another Bike store in town where they didn’t seem too interested in my business. I ended up purchasing an amazing bike (Cannondale Synapse Carbon 105) and it was greatly due to the amazing costumer service. I highly recommend this place.

We went to Bike America on Nall looking for a couple of mountain bikes for our kids. We met David, one of the store managers. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us select the right bikes at the right price. They had fortunately just received a large shipment of bikes this week and had exactly what we needed. Our kids love their new bikes. We highly recommend this bike shop. Our experience was great. The shop was clean and organized, the employees all wore masks, and they had a great selection of bikes! Go see David if you have been looking for a new bike!!

We have purchased 2 bikes now from Bike America. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are they knowledgeable and so easy to talk to, but so patient and helpful!!! Both of the gentlemen that helped my 9-year-old purchase her bicycle with her own money treated her with such an amazing level of kindness and gave her some very good pointers as she gains confidence in riding. We will be customers for life.
