This hotel is very run down. Outside looks outdated and neglected. Inside was also outdated and dingy. Walls are paper thin and we heard the neighboring room couple fighting and the cops coming to their room. Stay was terrible and then got worse when we found cockroaches! When I approached front desk, the receptionist acted like she knew about the problem and was not surprised by what I had found (brought her the actual bug) and said “we just sprayed for them so they are on the run”. Gross!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Staff was wonderful. Very polite and positive about your stay. Plus complimentary breakfast and dinner and drinks was a great feature.. that we didn't expect!!
I'd consider staying again. The room felt a bit small, and parking is tricky due to the number of semis and a host of other large commercial trucks.
Clean , updated and very well maintained. Fairly spacious parking also is nice .
Got charged $100 for my dog! The people were so rude! I absolutely will never stay at this hotel again!
