Good if you like to live in a authoritarian fascist community with little rights. And overwhelming management
Place is trash. They sold me a water damaged mold infested trailer. The damage couldn't be seen for months. I heard water when i bought it and thought it was the water running to the trailer but it was the water running to the washer and they put a board up in front of it to hide it. There is a massive water leak and mold and they refuse to fix it...im already calling my lawyer. Dont move here.
It was nice community, it was kept up pretty good
Seems alright...I don't live there...or spend any real time there. Honestly I've been there one time for about 1 hour.so it seems ok.
