Great customer service. They were taking great precautions due to covid. Thursday had breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, muffins. The family was satisfied. You have to make reservations to use the pool, which I liked.nnMy only critique is that the room was mildly musty. Overall a very clean hotel. Comfortable beds, plenty of space.
Stayed there a week ago and can't get over how comfortable the bed and pillows were. So I just called (10/31/2020 @ 9pm) to ask what kind of pillows they had, and the lady that I spoke to called me right back with all the info (Top notch customer service). Everyone there is super kind and we had a great stay. Thank you!

Very comfortable staying here during this crazy time. Excellent cleaning and many other precautions for hotel guests. Great brkf.
Comfortable and clean room with all the sample toiletries you could need.. vending machines stocked but unusable due to covid, along with the pool. Fitness center is on an appt. basis only as well. Great location right next to cinema and 10 mins from legends and sports stadium.
