The staff was friendly and helpful. They have complimentary toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.) and plates/utensils/napkins in case you forget or the food delivery person forgets. They're very social distancing/mask/COVID-19 conscientious. Highly appreciated.nnHonestly, the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because one of the pillows in my bed was musty damp smelling and I do not want that near my head.nnOtherwise, everything was clean and orderly. There were decent sized bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower. I would recommend this place to my friends. :)
Soft sheets, awesome blankets!! A/C works GREAT! Very clean, stocked and employees are super friendly! Instead of little, cheap mini shampoos and such- there are QUALITY shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower!! Great experience!
Our team stayed here and the front desk controls the thermostat for each room. You can try and change it but it goes back to the same no matter what you do. We had several set 64 when we arrived. Called and asked for 70 and they were set to 73. Just woke up at 2am and ours what set to 73 when it was 70 when we went to bed. Called front desk and they said they can change it because the thermostats don’t work that well. They work fine but you can’t control the setting in you own room.
The customer service is very friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms are perfect. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in this was the cheapest and the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast here is amazing. The pool is closed though due to covid. But the gym is still open. Thank you to also the employees working there you are very kind.
The rooms are good but the service from the general manager Kim was horrible. She was very rude and acted like we were a bother just because we chose to extend one night.
