I was experiencing some ongoing issues with my roof. A colleague advised me to contact Royal Roofscapes. They sent out a very courteous and professional technician who completed a roof inspection (at no charge). He provided a detailed report accompanied by a professional and competitive bid for the repairs that he advised. The recommended work was completed and I have had no issues since.
After calling two different roofers and having no success (one company said they would show up at 5:00 P.M. to provide a bid and never showed up and the other called two days later), a buddy of mine recommended Royal Roofscapes.nnJT Langley showed up right on time and was very friendly. coming into the house to inspect the issue and listened carefully. He then quickly went up to the roof and diagnosed the issue. He showed up later that evening and quickly fixed the flashing on two problem areas. He also provided me with an analysis of the condition of the roof since he was up there.nnI highly recommend them and will be coming to this company in the future if I have any roofing issues.
The service technician that performed the roof repair on my home was very professional. He arrived on time, notified me of his presence on my property and completed the work in an efficient manner. Once complete, he cleaned up his work area and left a door hanger notifying me that the work had been completed.
