I am in love with my trailer yeah we only paid 100 for it but thanks to Clint he let us have it for 100 he is a sweet kind man, And awesome. I am sorry about how sometimes we are late on lot rent a lot but happy that you guys try to work with us as we are just starting out. I enjoy fixing things, so a house even if its a trailer is something I love to do. I grew up on a small farm and was taught to fix things. I love how quiet this trailer park is and cheap please don't move new trailers in. Keep the old ones it feels like stepping back into the 80s. Also I will fix your trailer park sign if you want it to be touched up I noticed its been fading. Best house in town. Thank you Clint for calling me back into your office to tell me about it its a beautiful trailer. Sorry if my dog barks at passing by people.
