Nice, pet friendly stay. Clean room and comfortable bed after long day on the road. I'm planning to return on my trip back home. I slept safe and sound.
Checked in at 6am from a 15hour trip and was told that I wouldn't be charged an extra night because of availability of room. Yes I specifically ask the clerk that checked me in. Got the bill and was charged an extra night. Went to see clerk and she said that the employee should have told me, tried to explain to clerk but she said for me to call management the following day! The clerk was not willing to call the manager to fix their mistake. The staff is not qualified to help customers and the motel in its self should be rated with a big 0star. It was not clean! I will not stay here again because of poor employee training and greed of this chain.
Not one single issue. I loved the free breakfast, wasn't very full, quiet rooms, no parties. I'd definitely stay here again. Plus it's close to everything. I hate booking a place and it's nowhere near any food places or highways. This has it all. 5* out of 5*.
It was fine for one night. Location is really convenient right off the highway and near restaurants gas and Starbucks. Beds were not comfortable. It was old but clean.
Super clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!
