Actually didnt stay. I went to the motel based on an advertised price only to find they wanted me to me to pay more. When I challenged them and took offense I was run off by a woman who was extremely rude. Lucky for me though. I found much better accommodations at the Econo-Lodge for virtually the same price

I was traveling to KS, USA to see family and I was looking for a hotel that is good and budget price. I was reading the review for this property but I wasn't sure. But I wanted to give a shot to this property and let me tell you it was really worth it. It was in a good location, staff was friendly, clean rooms, and beds were comfy. I loved my stay here and definitely will stay here again. I guess you can't judge something my its cover (review). I enjoyed staying here.

Greeted with a smile and great price. Tire blowout and was able to get off the next exit. Thank God for this hotel. BTW, an auto repair was .02 miles away. Thankful for the decent rooms, location and cost!

Horrible service! Very rude! No breakfast as advertised. Not accommodating at all.nResponse to their response: No grab and go bags offered so that is useless. Notice no response to how rude they are to their customers. By rude, I mean pointing fingers at you and yelling, because they are trying to charge you again for your room even though it was prepay (not a hold). I will never reconsider staying here, and I have passed on to the other 50 in my group to not stay here either.

Asked for simple toiletries, and was denied. Asked for a tooth brush and tooth paste and told no. Then when I came back because I cut my hand was told no I can't have a band-aid. When I asked if they have a first aid kit was told that its only for employees and that they will not give me a band-aid. Really poor service. Very upset as my grandmother (who I was rooming with runs an econolodge innSpringfield MO) was treated so crudly...
