Contempt Of Court tour (10/03/2020)
I’m not going to lie and say this is a 5 star hotel, but the service is 5 star. Within minutes of making my reservation, the manager called me to confirm and to make sure everything was good.nnCheck in we easy, manager greeted me and was extremely nice and later on, as I’m sitting on their spacious patio, the manager made an impromptu decision to hang lights for a wedding party that was staying here. He wasn’t asked to do it, he was extremely considerate and did it on his own to make sure when the wedding party came back, they would have nice ambience for their celebration. Complete and total classy move of a classy human being. As a nationally touring stand up comic who has lived out of hotels and motels for the past 20 years, even a place that isn’t “the best@ in the era of pretentious people can become the best by the way they treat their cusyomers.

My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago. The staff was super friendly, and made sure everything was sanitized and healthy. The hotel was in an adorable town with some amazing local restaurants less than a 5 min drive away.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the room has always been clean. The employees have been quick to respond and nice. I would recommend this hotel. They have reasonable prices for however many night you want to stay

We had a great stay here last week. The staff was so friendly and caring, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The hotel was super clean and there were hand sanitizing station all over. I appreciate the extra care they seemed to put in to the cleaning during this pandemic. There was no breakfast, but I completely understand the reasons right now. We will definitely make a point to stay here again when we come back through Ottawa. Thank you guys so much for the great work!!
