The best pharmacy in Ottawa Kansas
As a health care worker trying to order refills for my patients, they have been very impatient and rude. They treat us like we are an inconvenience in their day. I've never been treated like this by a pharmacy on a regular basis. People have bad days, I understand that. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't have thought much about it. But the lady that answers the phone must always be having a bad day. I hope her life gets better for her sake AND for those of us that have to interact with her. Answer the phone with a smile.
