They are very friendly. As of right now the pool is closed but they are serving Continental breakfast. The rooms are really nice and the beds are comfortable. Great place to stay but if you pay with cash there is a 50 dollar deposit

This place is almost perfect. It's just the little things that are a little annoying, such as a broken or tangled shower curtain, a broken drape but it's very minor. The drape still closed and kept the light out. The fact there's no elevator but then there is only two floors (I wasn't travelling light this time around). But what is 5 stars is the service. That was perfect...oh and the bed, very comfortable. If I could have stayed another night, I would have.

Horrible customer service from the guy at the front desk. You definitely don't want to ask for anything from him. I checked in and was going to be there for 2 weeks straight so I asked if I could get a bigger room and he lied to me and told me they were sold out. I literally called and asked if they had any rooms 30 minutes later and he said they did. He just lied because he didn't want to help a guy out that is actually helping them by booking a room for 2 weeks straight. I have never been turned down at a hotel if I was going to be staying there long term. The guy is a huge jersey and has no customer service skills.

The bad:nPool closed because of COVID.nNo breakfast because of COVID.nToilet seat in room broken.nWater pressure (shower) in room was just adequate.nTV a bit small (19 inch) for the size of room.nnThe good:nRoom was clean, and had a fridge.nBeds were comfy.nA/C worked great in the room, touch noisy but worked.nnSummary:nAside from the fact it has interior corridors (ie: your front door isn't on the street); you're basically looking at $85 a night for room that should be about $65 a night. Or put another way, a motel room, at hotel prices.

Stayed at this hotel overnight on a trip through Kansas. The gentlemen working the front desk was great, very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
