The mattress was amazing!!! And that's where the good news ends. There's a constant smell in the hotel that is not very appealing. The smoke detector kept beeping, and when I told the manager....he gave me a battery so I could change it myself. So I did, but the casing wouldn't snap back in place so it just dangled there. Then, the remote stopped working, followed by the TV. Oh yeah, this is in late October when its 19 degrees outside, and the heater doesn't work. The manager is a very nice guy, but I wouldn't go back.

I was there for 3weeks nice place Room is clean large parking and very cheap if you pay a week owner is gentleman very cool guy he take around the city for visitor I recommend people’s to choice this place

When booking over the phone, I was told that there was a $10 deposit that I would pay when I got to the property and was directed to pay the hotel fee online in advance. Upon arrival, I was told that I would actually need to pay a $50 deposit. The front desk agent got frustrated when we questioned this, and proceeded to curse at us when we informed him that we also had a cat, which we were willing to pay the fee for. After that, he requested that we take him out to our car to confirm that there was a cat. It seemed as though he was going to give us our key at that point, but instead he told us he didn’t want us there and that he was canceling our reservation. As we were sitting in the car preparing to leave after this encounter, he came out and provided us with a number he said we could call to receive a refund. After calling this number, we were told the reservation was never canceled and we were marked as checked in. We were not given the option to cancel online. We have been trying to fight this for days, but every request we’ve made for a refund has been refused.

The worst room and customer service i have ever had. I am on vacation with my family and have stay in alot of rooms this is by far the worst ever. I would never suggest anyone to stay here ever. The maid service was trying to kick us out before we even checked out. WORST EVER!!!!!
