This location has great safe, and clean facilities. The manager Amelia and her staff are so kind, understanding, supportive and show the best hospitality! Bonnie and Ken are also awesome too! They take care of you and your extended stay needs! We truly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!
My family and I love it here it home and supplies u with a kitchen area so I can save money and cook your own meals. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Affordable nightly rates as well as weekly rates. I also like that there is a laundry room on site your for convenience.
4 out of 5nWill probably end up booking rooms at this location again.nThe staff was friendly & the rooms were very clean.nThanks to Covid-19 restrictions, I was not able to get fresh towels everyday but that's completely understandable.nnI did not see a single bug in the building anywhere.nnIf I had to find any one thing to complain about, with my entire visit. It would be that one of the side doors was broken and no longer secure.
Awful experience. For a week, the room has never been cleaned. In addition, during the check-in on Sunday, I noticed that the heaters were not working (it's cold outside). An employee named Ken said they would only be able to fix it the next day. The next day nothing was fixed. And the next day nothing was fixed. On the third day, I talked to the manager and an employee came to me. Do you know who? Ken! I was shocked. They discussed with their partner that Trump would soon win and close the borders from immigrants. I felt insulted, discriminated against, and humiliated. Never again!
