I absolutely hate this location! Employees are rude! They also over charge you! Make sure you check your receipts!!! Last chance items that are discounted are not!! I'm never shopping there again. To bad it's the only one in the area that is 24 hours..

Not only have I overheard pharmacy techs talking about me in a very negative way, but I’ve been harassed by a store employee multiple times over past few years. Unfortunately, they don’t have a drive thru so I can’t avoid the “crazy & harassing employee” enforcing rules that don’t apply & doesn’t even listen to hear how they are going against CVS policy. Unfortunately insurance won’t work across the street at Walgreens and this is the closest CVS. I try to avoid 7501 Metcalf if at all possible & use different CVS, but sometimes I’m not able to & have to use this one.nAnd count your meds at both CVS @ 7501 Metcalf AND Walgreens @ 7500 Metcalf!!!nCVS @ 9501 Nall is a much friendlier location & haven’t had issues w/ shortages on meds.

This pharmacy has some VERY friendly staff and very attentive pharmacist. Unfortunately it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone (expect at least a 30 minute hold)

I'd love to see them carry more options for beverages, etc. and all food/non-food products in general. Both online and in stores!
