CVS

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Slowest pharmacy ever. Takes at least 3 days to get anything filled. I am sick and had an antibiotic called in and they said it would take 3 days to fill which is ridiculous when I am sick and need that prescription. Won't answer their calls, worst pharmacy ever.

Finally got put on anxiety medication and went here for the first time a little while after the quarantine went up around June. They told me I needed an ID and refused to give me my medication, which isn’t a controlled substance, without it. At this time my ID had JUST expired but they wouldn’t take it. This one encounter kept me from getting my medication refilled because I was scared of them turning me away again. Flash forward to today, I finally got my license renewed but don’t have the hard copy yet so I called to have my prescriptions refilled, which is painless with the automated message, but I wanted to know if I could use my expired ID along with my renewal receipt so I called a pharmacist. I am a soft spoken person and try my hardest to keep out of confrontation but the girl on the phone was rude immediately! She told me it was not true that the girl before told me I needed my ID and was rude about the whole encounter. She told me the medication I got that first time was different and controlled even though the one I was refilling and was told isn’t a controlled substance is the first thing I’ve ever taken for my anxiety. I personally don’t believe employees of a business deserve abuse from customers but it goes the other way too. They could very clearly see I was getting anxiety medication and was still awful. Wish I had known how bad they were before going to this pharmacy but unfortunately already refilled my prescriptions there.

Snotty pharmacy personnel. Weekend and staffing was 2 employees in the store, full store.

Very slow pharmacy! Hire in some help for peats sake

i am very upset with the MissionnCVS the manager Larry Barnes is very rude and uncaring. I live in mission and I have been a frequent shopper since CVS opened in Mission .I go to any other CVS even though they are farther away. There coupon machine has been broken for over 2 months now . I called ahead to see if it was working and was told No. I will go to another store or just stop going to CVS all together.
