It’s CVS, not a five-star restaurant. Compared to most urban CVS’s this one is very clean and the workers are competent and polite. I’ve used the drive-thru pharmacy and never had a problem with the speed or accuracy. I appreciate having this place in my neighborhood.

I got my flu shot today and it was quick and about $28 without insurance. I did use the free Missouri state prescription card which reduced the price from about $90. I can't afford the Shingrix vaccine for shingles as it is close to $400 for the set of two shots.

Pick any other pharmacy than this one. I had an appointment to get a COVID test. Waited in line for an hour and a half. After that I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it and to get out of the line. So I called my insurance and they said they cover it 100% and when they tried to call the pharmacy to confirm why they denied me coverage the pharmacy hung up on the insurance company. The insurance company then gave me a phone number for their pharmacy to call. So I got back in line. When I gave the pharmacy the phone number they told me it took to long and that they were no longer doing COVID tests today. They were still open just not doing any more tests.

Pharmacist is consistently rude. Gives one word answers to medication questions. I suggest cvs on Brookside blvd instead.

This CVS’s pharmacy is the absolute worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would!! I had to stop using it to get my prescriptions because they were so rude and unhelpful. Plus they took FOREVER every time and were often condescending. This morning I tried to get my flu shot here and it was a horrible experience. Even though I scheduled it for 10AM ahead of time, they still made me wait 40+ minutes. When I asked how much longer it would take, they asked me to come back another time. Who knows how long they would have let me wait if I hadn’t asked. One of the workers was at least nice about everything, but the one giving the shots was rolling her eyes and complaining about having to give people shots. Don’t go here for the pharmacy services ever!!!!
