Just arrived to this CVS at 9:20pm on a Tuesday. Google and the hours posted on the door say open until 10pm. Door is locked and nobody came the the door after I knocked for about a minute. Don't have hours posted and not remain open during those hours. I have a sick child and was depending on your store being opened. Unacceptable.
Had to wait in drive thru on Saturday for over 15 minutes because the were doing in car Covid testing. Left. Returned later & was told me insurance would not pay for my prescription because of a mix up with the pharmacist
Pharmacy is the slowest I have ever experienced
Great CVS, friendly staff, and nice store.
Ran in at 5:50 on a Saturday with a written prescription from urgent care. The pharmacist Jana helped me fill it right away so I didn’t have to drive 30 min to Kansas City Kansas (closest 24hr pharmacy) in pain. Very grateful to her also very nice and personable.
