Horrible experience, I will never return to this pharmacy. I reported the pharmacist Mr Kozlowski with CVS customer service and Missouri Pharmacy board. I hope someone will take an action. He had been holding my son medication multiple times with no reason, the medication was never refilled on time by him, as a result my 14 year old son run out of medication for days more than one time. When I told him that I wanted to do a customer service complaint he refused to give me his name or the information of his supervisor and he said that he was going to call the police.

er and was prescribed Vyvanse 40 mg daily a year ago and we have been filling up his prescription at the Brookside CVS and if you review the pharmacy records you will be able to see that Mr. Kozlowski, PharmD at CVS, refuses to fill the prescription on time / when is due and as a result my son has run out of medication multiple times.nThe last episode was today. We last filled the prescription for Vyvanse on 1/21. My husband went to the pharmacy in person on Saturday 2/29/20 and spoke to Mr. Kozlowski, who refused to refill the medication until 3/03/20 even though the last time it was refilled was on 1/21/20.nI went to the pharmacy again today, 3/03/20 and he told me that the prescription was not ready and I should return tomorrow (as had happen many times before forcing us to make three trips to CVS to refill a prescription) and after I explained him that my son was going to run out of medication (one capsule left because the last refill was more than 30 days ago) and that he needed the prescription today and he still refused to refill the medication: He became argumentative and told me that he was going to lose his license if he refilled the medication earlier (which is wrong because the prescription was already legal to refill when my husband came to the pharmacy three days ago and Mr. Kozlowski refused to refill it (as usual) and requested for us to come at a later day (as always), because this is a control substance.nI dont see where in the law says that patients on control substance medication should be left without prescriptions every month for a couple of days. I told him that I wanted to do a customer service complaint and his answer was that he was going to call the police? when is between my rights and CVS policy to be able to fill a customer service complain.nI went to a different CVS location and the pharmacist on staff told me that it was clear that we never refilled the prescription on time (due to delays) and we never attempted to refill it earlier or were any red flags on file. On top of all this when Mr. Kozlowski was contacted by the CVS pharmacist he refused to fax the prescription to them to allow to be filled and again not only failing on his duties as pharmacist to refill the prescription and also stopping a colleague who was willing to help and get the prescription filled if he had faxed it to them.nThis situation can't occur again. This pharmacist has been leaving my son without his prescription multiple times and forcing multiple trips to the pharmacy to refill a medication without any reason.

They refused to transfer a prescription that had been sent to the wrong CVS and forced me to go to a pharmacy 20 miles away to pick it up. This is after I was able to get ahold of them which took two days of attempts.
