I can’t really say enough about what a great experience I had at Tailwind Cyclist, Inc. Roger was great. He definitely went above and beyond what I expected. He could have sold me my items and let me walk out the door but he didn’t do that. Despite being busy, he took the time to teach me how to use my new equipment properly. He asked questions about my comfort and then made corrections based on my feedback. After tutoring me and making sure I was comfortable, he took me outside. He had me ride up and down the street a couple of times and gave me valuable coaching and tips that, as a novice rider, I wouldn’t have known without his help. I honestly think it was the best customer service I have ever received from any merchant in my entire life. I have never written a review on anything I have ever purchased but I was so impressed with his knowledge and customer service that I thought he deserved a good one. I’ll never buy any gear from anyone else. Thanks again!

I've been fortunate to have known Roger since shortly after he opened his shop. Bottom line - he's the expert on anything cycling. You can confidently leave your bike with him and know it will get exceptional care. Highly recommend.

Worked with Roger (20+ years experience). Understanding my plight, he even kept his shop open just to meet my needs! While riding the TransAm route, this place is a must stop. To give you an example of his passion about bicycling He even created is own drailer alignment tool! #MontiUSARide

Don’t buy tire tubes here. Got mine to 30 psi and it blew.
