I gave it 5 stars because my great great grandpa built it with his own hands
This homey retreat is situated in a grove of trees and backs up to the Cottonwood River. We stayed in the larger room recently and loved everything about it. Each room has wooden floors, handpicked antiques and walls decorated with photographs taken by visiting artists. You’ll find old books, unique lamps and cowboy hats hanging on steer horns. Rooms have balconies on the back with chairs that face the grounds. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners live on site and were very friendly, even gave us a little tour of the grounds. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Has the nice rustic old west look with the addition to the Resort being next to the Cottonwood Falls
We just loved Millstream Resort Motel. Very reasonably priced, comfortable, and owners are very concerned about your happiness.
We stayed in the cabin; tasteful decor, pleasant lighting, private bath, private drive, and a charming porch with a bistro set overlooking the Cottonwood River. Easy access to fishing & walking trail. Very cozy and clean. Friendly hosts, too!nnCottonwood Falls is a beautiful town. Thriving arts scene, well-appointed library, stunning view of the historic Courthouse. Chase county lake nearby for fishing, too!
