It is a trailer park. If you hear that and expect better then I'm sorry :) As far as trailer parks go it is good.

Horrible management. Moved in back in December, didn't receive the copy of the lease agreement until last month, and 99% of us still have yet to recieve our storm doors that we were promised upon signing the leases.
