Be aware, the kitchen only has appliances. No pots/pans, dishes or utensils. I was told the kitchen is for long term stays where people bring their own, so they do not stock anything. My son at the local college was looking forward to some home cooking, so I had to go buy pans and utensils from Walmart. The pillows were lumpy and the walls were so thin you would think someone was in your room talking. The woman at the front desk was rude and even hung up on me! I will say the place was very clean, but I will never ever stay there again. The Holiday Inn next door is much nicer.

Disappointed in the covid response: check in attendant did not wear a mask and no sanitizing items were easily visible. No basic friendliness either. Good thing we didn't expect breakfast, but paid for it in the cost. We got a room with a kitchenette but no supplies for it. The walls were so thin that I could hear the words on tv and conversation for the room next door. At least the bed was decent. Good for a night's stay but not with the expectation of a high rating

Exceptional. Phenomenal. Came for a friends Memorial. Everyone was Amazing from owner to Housekeeping. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a bright spot to an emotionally exhausting experience.

Stayed here with my two kids and couldn’t sleep all night the door seemed like it didn’t close properly and fridge made noise all night making think someone was coming in the door. I checked in about 4am and requested a late check out of 12 was told that he’s leave notation since I checked in so late that 12pm would be fine for check out but to just call the front desk in the morning called them around 10:30am since I’d just fallen asleep was told 12 was ok at 11:30am I had someone knocking on the door my daughter answered let them know we were finishing up getting dressed and packing up to leave . 5 minutes later the call the room to make sure we’re checking out. Informed them again that we were preparing to leave a couple minutes later another knock on the door I answer it and am told by a very rude gentleman who was not in any type of uniform that I needed to check out it passed 11:30 I said I requested 12 but I am trying to finish packing up give me 2 minutes and I’ll be out he said housekeeping is waiting outside please hurry I grabbed my kids and bags we walk out and NO ONE is out there. As I walked by the front desk the gentleman stood back there mumbling something. I have NEVER stayed somewhere so rude with such horrible customer service! NEVER again will I be back to this location! Nor would I recommend to anyone!
