When I got there the person who was supposed to be at the counter was in the dining area getting a haircut so I had to wait for him. The pool was cold so we couldn't swim either.
Wanted to book a room here to see if we wanted to use this hotel for guests for my daughter’s up coming wedding. Called to book a single night and was immediately placed on hold for 15 minutes before the clerk came back on the line to say it would be a few more minutes. Usually Holiday Inn Express has excellent customer service. Blocked rooms for both of my son’s weddings at different locations and had no issues. Sorry I can’t recommend this location:(
Mark at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with our reservation on the part of Travelocity. He also went out of his way to make sure my little sister got a cookie and chocolate milk after a long day of travel. Great customer service.
Don’t stay here if you are concerned about contracting the corona virus !! Neither maids nor construction workers were wearing masks . Hallways too narrow to social distance . We will not be coming back ..
The room had a nasty mole smell, the entire lobby entrance, corridor and elevator was dirty with plenty of debris on the floors. Housekeeping staff is rude and very annoying, make lots of noise when cleaning at 8am.
