Great place to have a home. Jessie is a fantastic person that works with everyone to keep the Estates in tip top condition. Very quiet neighborhood full of caring people.
For a trailer park (sorry for the stereotypical judgment)nIt was better then others
Lot fee has gone up way too much several times in the past couple years. Notices to tennents say it's still less than or comparable to other parks nearby, but Augusta is $100 less and nearest one in Wichita is $50 less. Although I think the park here is decent, it's just far too much to pay a month for hardly any worthwhile improvements. BTW, we have to dump our own trash at a community bin now, and we never got a reduction on the lot fee for that.
Beautiful home community!!
