This is a perfect place to stay. Beautifully maintained cabins overlooking a pond in the lovely hilly countryside. Nice restaurant on the property for on-site dining or bringing back to your cabin. Plenty of hot water, towels and a comfortable bed. So much nicer than a roadside chain hotel if you're traveling down Route 36 like we are. Very safe in the time of Covid. A great choice anytime.
Excellent food. Love going there. Very peaceful. Might be a bit expensive for some, but great for special occasions. Be sure to try the Tenderloin Medallions.
Outstanding food and service!nI think the owner is the chef and take a lot of pride on what he does and is really good,staff is kind and friendly. This little out-of-the-way place does everything just right. The restaurant is outstanding. We also stayed in one of the cabins. We were very impressed. It was above and beyond our expectations. A must stop for anyone coming through Hiawatha Kansas
