Wonderful Owners and Staff. Called ahead of arrival to arrange room. AWESOME King Size Room $45 a night plus tax came to just $52 for the night. My room included a very nice seperate area with a coffee table plus 2 very nice chairs. Short Walking distance to shopping and fast food.Great Location on 69 Highway at south end of Fort Scott Kansas. Room and My Bathroom was very clean and well stocked with courteous Toiletries. Thank you for a pleasant over night stay. OUR FIRST CHOICE when visiting friends in Fort Scott Kansas.

The room was clean as a whistle and all personal was very courteous and friendly. Will absolutely stay here next visit.

I’ve stayed here twice for several days each time. Very nice people who run the place. Prices are good. Laundry room available. Free breakfast. Good location close to restaurants and stores. It’s clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. Maid service was good and accommodating. This is where I will stay when I’m in the area.

Beyond excellent service, great price, nice rooms. Returned belongings I left in the room free of charge. They mailed them to my house. Will recommend to others and will stay there again.

Room was small but clean and equipped with a huge T.V, a mini- fridge and a microwave. However, their pillows left a lot to be desired.
