I live and work at finer and the owners have been very good to me I love working for them they work hard to improve the park daily and provide affordable housing
If I could give this place zero stars I would! No privacy from the landlord ever. They come in to you place whenever they place including the maintenance man. And I'm not sure why when they don't fit anything. Everything the so-called manager does over there is Shady and in some cases illegal. And not to mention that so-called manager works for the courthouse and if you happen to have court if she doesn't like what you're there for She not only wont rent out to you but she'll also tell the whole trailer park your business, this happened to a friend who was set to rent from her, her boyfriend was working for Leo the owner and after he had a court he got fired and was told that the trailer he had been working on for him and his girlfriend with no longer available and rented out to somebody else. Horrible people to rent from. There are many other places in town look around before ending up there.
I enjoy living and working over here. As long as you pay your rent and mind your business there isnt any issues. very affordable rent and you only have to pay electric and gas
I have a friend who lives here. The entire complex of mobile homes seems to be very well kept up as far as grass and no weeds and all that. My only complaint is they wait way too long to get all the ruts and washboards out of the streets.
My husband and I travel for a living and have lived all over the U.S., but the owners here, Leo and Charlotte, are some of the nicest, most accommodating people we’ve come by. Not trying to be mean but anyone who has left a bad review here must have created some problems for themselves. Leo and Charlotte are honest, hardworking people who place much important on accommodating their residents, but they’re not doormats and have a business to uphold. Their park is clean, extremely affordable, and in such a convenient location. They’re always working hard to upkeep the property. I love living here and I would recommend it to anyone!
