Manager is great. Wifi is horrible. Laundry could be better. Only problem I have is with the owner. I stayed for 4 months with no issue and then paid for an extra two weeks. I asked for a refund before the second week and it was a no go. All because of a blanket policy on the owners part. Bud is a great manager but if the owner chooses to run his business this way then I will choose never to use this park again and will NEVER advise anyone else to use it either.
The guy that runs the place is very personable and nice. Keeps a clean establishment! Highly recommend.

Clean facilities family owned and operated. The owner is respectful of your privacy and offers low rates for weekly and monthly stays. There are showers that are reasonably clean and utilities offered with each space. Overall a good place to stop if you need
