We came in to look and possibly purchase a new bike for our son, who is 11 years old. We met Ben and he was friendly and so helpful. He engaged with my son and helped him find the bike, helmet and kick-stand that would work for him! Ben also modified my son's bike right there in the shop, so he walked out with a complete & ready bike!!nMy husband and I would absolutely recommend Southwind Cycle and Outdoor & we'll be back too!!
Very good service put my products on for free
Knowledgable and professional. I stopped in one day to drop off my bike to have a 'spring checkup' done on it. They told me they would work on it right away, offered me coffee while I waited, and had the work done in no time. All in all, a great experience.

Went to a community bike ride and the bike shop stepped in to help me fix a last minute repair just minutes before the ride. Knowledgable and friendly staff and a nice selection of Kona bikes and accessories. I'd recommend this bike store and bicycle repair shop to friends and family.
