Garden Valley Manufactured Home Community

It has been know to be a drug dealers dream environment, grew up down there most my life. But with the new company and seeing what they have planned for the place. It's going to be really nice. And the maintenance guys, is real helpful, and determined to do whatever he can to make the place, nice.

I couldn't be happier to live anywhere else but here. My neighbors are wonderful and look out for me. As manager Courtney goes above and beyond to help people out. She has helped me on numerous occasions. And Mike is great to lend a helping hand also. I am very happy here. And I love how anything I need is only 5-10 minutes away.

DO NOT COME HERE. They lie to your face and steal your money, telling you that you own the trailer and you paid for the title but then blindside you and tell you that you need to give the trailer back. They won't fix anything, especially if you lose water, they don't care. If you try to apply for a trailer, the office ignores your calls and then makes it out like it's your fault. They need to be out of business. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
