Pleasant stay, quiet and convenience to go around. Most plant are pretty close by.
Google maps directions to entrance and parking ramp were incorrect. Frustrating.nnChecked into our room. Sink full of water, backed up sink. Curious how you put Sanitized sticker on outside of door and forget about sink not draining? Front staff handled it with maintenance. They were friendly, helpful.nnThis is a noisy corner on 10th and Dodge street. Loud cars, motorcycle noise till midnight. Not great beds. Guess I'll stay with Hilton regular hotel 2 blocks down in the future. My 18 yo daughter says it was not that bad. ud83dude43nnSpencer's restaurant, on street level looks very romantic and worth a try. Bar closed at 9 pm though on Saturday night. Evidently Covid-19 related?nnAddy's across got our business instead.
The place was clean. You have to pay to park in the adjacent parking structure. The pics show a very nice pool and hot tub... Be advised there is NO hot tub. The king suite was very bare and felt small for what we paid. Overall not impressed. Their service was friendly.
Pretty much everything is shut down because at the hotel, it seems like they are using the COVID 19 excuse to reduce costs as much as possible which ultimately translates into a bad experience for guests. Our reservation included breakfast however the hotel has cancelled that as well. Additionally, certain members of the staff are extremely rude (shout out to others who have been really nice). Bottom line, I've been to 2 stars hotels who deserve a better review than this one.
Great location and friendly staff. Could be little cleaner, especially during COVID19 times. Stayed there twice, in 2 different rooms. Saw long hairs on bed cover, and on shower door handle.nLittle disappointed. More than likely, going forward will stay at Double Tree down the street.
