Worst place ever! There are barely any guest parking plus it’s always chalk full of cars, so guests park infront of their house only for a few hours and they either get towed or get a violation. Someone got towed out of their own driveway because their tire was touching grass. They’re too greedy and instead of making old open lots more parking they put yet another trailer there. Would never recommend, it’s a pathetic place.
This is a wonderful place to live! There is a beautiful community center with a full kitchen and great pool table. A big pool and a basketball court to play at in the summer. The office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff keep the community clean and running well. I met some amazing people here that welcomed me in like family. I am glad I got to spend time in this community.
My daughter lives there it's a nice clean and well-kept Mobile homeI'm just visiting whenever when I go there and as far as being a non-resident it looks like a great place to live and my daughter I don't think she has any complaints not that I've heard so far
As trailer parks go, this is one of the nicer ones.
Have lived here 35 yrs; no problems and feel very safe and comfortable.
