This place was horrible! The sink and bath were clogged! The light cut out for hours in the entire hotel! No walked by letting guest know what was going on or anything! Thank goodness we had candles and our phone were charged. The sheets had stains! Couldn't find plastic ware smh. It was ridiculous! Horrible! Do not stay their unless you have absolutely NO choice!!
Janky. Everything is out of order. Only 1 lamp works in the room and it's plugged in with an extension cord.... No coffee maker in the room. High speed internet is not an actual thing here. Devices can't stay connected. The coffee in the lounge isn't labeled. Clean beds and lobby. No ice on any floor but the main level, and you can't even fit the bucket into it. Etc. ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♂ufe0f The pool is shut down from improper chemicals. Just don't.
We stayed overnight to catch a flight out of Omaha. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Shuttle service was also very good. Hotel gave us sack breakfasts to go, and we left our vehicle there until our return.
Pillows, towels, and blankets all stained. TV was broken. Internet is ridiculously slow.nLooks very nice from the outside so we had a good feeling about this place. Unfortunately very disappointed.
This hotel was good quality for the price. The bathroom had not been cleaned very well, but overall it was a nice place for an overnight stay.
