The two rooms we saw were very VERY dirty. They require masks to help protect against covid, but had poop on the toilet seat, faucets that spray water, curtain rods hanging by a thread, hair everywhere, crusties all over the comforters, and my daughter walked on the carpet barefoot her feet turned black. It smelled old and musty. Very upset with our visit.

Beds are super-comfortable with pillow-top mattresses. Wifi works well. Breakfast had a good selection of tasty items, including the biscuits and gravy, waffles, decent coffee and juice. Despite these pluses, a huge concern that affected our comfort during our stay was the lack of face masks on the manager/employees, and lack of social distancing protocols in the breakfast area & lobby during the pandemic. I didn’t feel safe or comfy in this area while getting breakfast/checking in and out during this scary time. I’d suggest face mask use, more distance between tables (or no tables, which are right by the food!), some more individually wrapped options and individually wrapped utensils, etc. It’s a shame about these things, because I would have otherwise given a higher rating but we all need to get with the times.

Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and friendly but when we got to our room there were 2 roaches that we promptly squashed. Only continued to stay because we had nowhere else to go and it was almost midnight when we arrived. But it only got worse as we found a dead cricket near the TV. We also had no towels and had to ask the front desk for them

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY N PLEASANT
