Very clean and staff was friendly
Nice clean room. And friendly employees. Evelyn is AWESOME. She made sure guests were satisfied. Another guest mentioned how great Ms. Evelyn is and I told her, Ms. Evelyn is the reason why I will stay there again when I visit from North Carolina! My family and I appreciate her wonderful customer service.
Very fancy, spacious and up to date. Check in was quick. Eunice was very courteous and made sure we had a pleasant stay. She would be a great addition to any team. I will stay here again!
This is a great place to stay - great staff, very comfortable and good location all around. It's not particularly fancy, (which is of no consequence for us), but it's always super, super clean and quiet (which are of great importance to us). We stay here several times a year on our way to and from Chicago (to pick up and drop off our daughter at college). Again, the staff is excellent!!
Hotel staff in the evening is very rude and unprofessional!! Not trained to do her job!! Regional manager was to be available upon checkout, she was not there. Asked her to call me to discuss the issues during my stay. 2 days later and she still hasn't called me. No wonder it's under new management. The room is always very nice but the staff is so rude!! They truly don't care about their jobs.
